Ellen Mcauliffe Ott is a real estate investor who specializes in renovating properties to transform into rentals. She began her career in real estate when she lived in New York, where she sought out homes for purchase in and around Poughkeepsie. She oversaw renovations, as well as the rental or resale of the properties. She focuses on redesigning condos for short- and long-term rentals through Feels Like Home Properties, LLC.

Prior to launching her career, Ellen Mcauliffe Ott attended Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, New York, where she made the dean’s list every semester and graduated Summa Cum Laude.. Active in her community, she served on the Board of Directors for Chelsea Cove Homeowners Association in Hopewell Junction, New York, and on the Board of Directors for the Masonic Partnership. She enjoys theater and volunteers with three non-profit theaters: Wilson Center, Thallian Hall, and The Brunswick Little Theater. Ellen and Charles Ott reside in North Carolina.
